I have recently finished a 2-year term with Muskoka Tourism, a board consisting of some amazingly smart people! I have gained a wealth of knowledge about the district through this experience.
I am currently a director with our local Chamber of Commerce and believe in the good work we do to promote business and the area as a whole. We support local charities and the level of volunteerism at the executive level is to be commended.
I was awarded “Person of the Year” in 2009 by the Segbay Chamber of Commerce for my work on Trail Initiatives for Georgian Bay Township and successfully implementing a much needed “Business Improvement Association” thru Severn Township for the village of Coldwater.
